Used Davis Standard 35IN35-MV (2003) Extruder for Sale. This single screw extruder has a 3.5″ screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio, non-vented and air cooled, with (4) barrel zones controlled by digital touch pad temperature controls. Drive is rated at 100 HP through a 17.39:1 gearbox with a 158 HP gearbox capacity, and electrical requirements are 575v – 3 Ph. Equipped with a C-clamp, Maguire multi-compartment loader, water cooled feed throat and transformer.
